But in the midst of these advances, we discovered that we were becoming increasingly frustrated with the lack of human contact and especially with being directed to voice mail whenever we tried to place a phone call. To make sure clients never felt this way about us we expanded our staff and trained our people to welcome your calls and treat you with intelligence and a smile in their voice. You may find it interesting to note that our employees enthusiastically subscribed to this approach because good client service makes their lives more pleasant as well.
